HCB is always trying to ensure human support and protection by following national and international regulations. Our aim is to ensure that there will nobody helpless in the surrounding area. With this aim, HCB selects some principals to ensure its aim for a better society. We believe that all human beings deserve these basic rights:

Future plan:
To keep informed all administrative bodies, doctors, social workers and different types of related person about the people who are really poor, helpless, ill and disabled in the area.
To make people aware about the importance of giving health care at the right time.
To wipe away out the superstitions and false medical knowledge existing in rural people.
By gathering information from various sources rounding up the poor people in our program and keeping them in this continuous program to help them as much as possible.
To take the active guideline to ensure the social and human rights for all classes of people and provide help to all people such that no one is left unattended.
To introduce the distressed people to the various health care organizations which provide health care for free or for minimum cost.
To arrange meeting quarterly or yearly and to arrange different types of program for building awareness and to make such information available by publishing leaflets, magazines, articles etc.
To inform the people about the decisions taken nationally or internationally and to help the poor people in need based upon the fund collected/resources received.
To establish gyms and therapy centers for weak and ill people.
To arrange different type of games and cultural program for breezing the people with each other.
To improve the education system retrieving helpless/poor student and to re-admit them into school by gathering proper information from school authority.
To rehabilitate the helpless and poor people by giving them homes and to help them as much as possible through personal/social/government effort.
To solve the unemployment problem by giving the youth proper education and practical knowledge according to their capability and to help the mentally/physically challenged people uncover their natural talents so that they could lead a happy and independent life.
